Midmountain by Mail
MidMountain’s programming relies on in-kind donations of time and space, a handful of grants, plus a lot of volunteer labor to run, but we hope to keep growing to offer more to our community near and afar!
And what better way to share art to those afar than by mail?
MidMountain by Mail will deliver a little piece of us to you–-postcard art prints, all featuring works created by a rotating crew of MidMountaineers! Joining Midmountain by Mail at any level below will help us cover event costs, develop new media ventures, and help make our Fellowship Cohort experiences more accessible.
PLUS, if you join at the MidMountaineer by Mail level or above you will also get a physical Membership card that comes with free access to hundreds of museum, art galleries, and historical sites as part of the North American Reciprocal Museum network well as discounts our events, art from our gallery, or items in our curated vintage mart or other vending.
Here’s the deal:
$5 donation per month for MidMountain by Mail: a new thank you postcard mailed personally to you every other month as long as you are subscribed!
$100 donation per year for a MidMountaineer by Mail Membership: a packet of five postcards every other month for as long as you are subscribed, plus the MidMountain Almanac as it is published each year, a MidMountaineer by Mail sticker, and a physical Membership card that comes with free individual access to hundreds of museum, art galleries, and historical sites as part of the North American Reciprocal Museum network well as discounts our events, art from our gallery, or items in our curated vintage mart or other vending.
$250 donation per year for the Mass MidMountaineer by Mail membership: a packet of 10 postcards every other month for as long as you are subscribed, plus the MidMountain Almanac as it is published each year, a MidMountaineer by Mail sticker, and a get a physical Membership card that comes with free access to hundreds of museum, art galleries, and historical sites at the family-level offered by other institutions as part of the North American Reciprocal Museum network as well as a 10% discount our events, art from our gallery, or items in our curated vintage mart or other vending.
$1,000 donation per year for the MidMountaineer by Mail All Access membership. An exclusive MidMountaineer by Mail 3” fabric patch, a MidMountaineer by Mail sticker, a packet of five postcards every other month for as long as you are subscribed, plus the MidMountain Almanac and ALL other MidMountain physical publications as released, a MidMountaineer by Mail sticker, complimentary individual access to ALL MidMountain events (subject to available space at time of arrival or prior RSVP), and a physical MidMountaineer by Mail All Access Membership card offering free access to hundreds of museum, art galleries, and historical sites at the family-level offered by other institutions as part of the North American Reciprocal Museum network as well as a 10% discount our events, art from our gallery, or items in our curated vintage mart or other vending.
$100,000 donation per year to become the MidMountain Postmaster! You could fund an entire future year of operations–allowing us to not only offer time and space, but stipends for artists, and earn our immense gratitude. Get a full page thank you in the Almanac, plus everything else on offer via the MidMountain Mail Program, and probably more things? We'll make you a cake?
