Working on a creative project and need a site to be inspired or where you can execute your vision?  We offer weekly and monthly creative residencies subject to scheduling. The most common way to stay is with one of our curators on site to help you navigate the space and our art and music supplies while you explore the area. Collectives, bands, or other groups working on substantive creative projects can rent out the entire space other than the host's quarters in the Valley Room for $1400 per week or $5,000 per month. This option can accommodate up to 18 people. 

Whole house space, which sleeps up to 20 available, is available from $1700 per week or $6,000 per month. Private bedrooms from $500 per week or $1500  per month, shared room from $250 per week or $900 per month. 

Depending on availability, we may also be able to accommodate shorter stays on a pay what you can basis. Email info@midmountain.org about scheduling!

The space is also available for private rental on Airbnb and VRBO for private rentals not associated with creative pursuits. 

We share space with MidMountain Retreat LLC just outside the small town of Natural Bridge Station in central Virginia at 338 Arnolds Valley Rd, Natural Bridge Station, VA 24579. The grounds feature a three-story brick home, multiple outbuildings including our Post Office Community Center and extensive outdoor space with cleared areas suitable for large events or installations as well as access to 400' of private frontage on the James River. 

The main house is 3,500 square feet, with sleeping for up to twenty people across 3 bedrooms and shared areas, 2.5 bathrooms, a modern open-concept kitchen, library, dining/event space, a gallery/theater, a third floor dormitory space.
